WEEKLY/FORTNIGHTLY CLEANING PACKAGES

We offer several different cleaning programs to allow you to pick one that best suits your needs, desired frequency and your budget. These are weekly cleans and fortnightly cleans. We’ll take your chosen program and personalise it to suit your specific requirements.

OUR PROCESS

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Once you get in touch and let us know which cleaning program you’re interested in, we’ll setup an initial consultation. During this consultation, we’ll have a discussion about your cleaning requirements and any special requests you may have. We’ll use the information we gather during this consultation to put together your very own personalised cleaning program. This ensures we understand exactly your specific cleaning requests as well providing you exactly what you can expect from us so you can see what you’re paying for.

YOUR FIRST CLEAN
After you’ve reviewed your personalised cleaning program and are completely happy with it, we’ll assign you one of our highly trained, police-checked Fussy Cow Cleaners. We’ll confirm with you the date of your first clean and send along your assigned cleaner and their manager to perform your first clean together. We do this so that your cleaner’s manager can explain your specific cleaning requests to your assigned cleaner. Please note that your first clean may take longer due to our unfamiliarity with your premises and because we want to bring your household to our standard of cleaning.

YOUR NEXT CLEAN & BEYOND
After your first clean has been completed, your assigned Fussy Cow cleaner will start cleaning your residence as per your personalised cleaning program. Regularly and also randomly without warning, your cleaner’s manager will visit and complete spot checks to ensure your cleaning is being provided to our high standards and your expectations.

DO YOU SUPPLY EQUIPMENT?
No, you’ll need to supply all equipment and cleaning products you wish us to use.

ARE THERE ANY MINIMUM HOURS?
Yes – for weekly cleans it’s 3 hours. For fortnightly, it’s 3 hours.
